Big Dream: The Dominican Republic native seeks to establish a non-profit organization that advocates for and offers direct services to provide adequate accommodations, mobility equipment as well as educational and career counseling for the disabled. Norberto and his wife, Annie, plan to open a private practice as clinical social workers, providing bilingual and culturally-sensitive care to people with disabilities and their families.
